Everyone wins when the Head Teacher gets better.

Below are details of the virtual programme that we are hoping to offer to current Head Teachers and Principals during 2024/2025.

We have now returned to offering face-to-face leadership development for Head Teachers within MATs, Teaching Hubs, Teaching Alliances or Families of Schools.  Please contact us for an initial consultation.

Think Again

How Head Teachers move schools towards outstanding...and keep them there.

  • To improve pupil outcomes by increasing leadership capital

  • To develop, establish and embed a professional learning programme for Head Teachers and Principals within schools

  • To create time and space for Head Teachers to connect, collaborate and communicate in a psychologically safe environment

  • To increase professional awareness and understanding of organisational success and the sustainable leadership competencies needed to lead a school in an ever-changing and complex world.

Over six modules, participants will explore techniques required to lead highly successful school teams, adding value and purpose to any organisation, through effective leadership strategies and processes for highly-effective decision-making.
The programme will inquire into how a Head Teacher or Principal can maximise their influence using practical strategies and frameworks and gain a deeper understanding of their leadership qualities, aligning these with the organisation’s core purpose and goals.
